First...schedule a consultation with your desired coach to ensure they are a good fit for you and your goals.
Next...determine the duration and frequency of your sessions, discuss pricing, and sign a client agreement covering terms and conditions. Typically, sessions are scheduled once a week for 50-60 minutes via telephone or Zoom. However, other increments are available to better fit your schedule.
*Your coach may assign "homework" or additional reading for you to complete in between sessions. Although the homework is not mandatory, it is recommended to elevate your coaching experience*
